This is a concept design for a production design for The Tempest taking place at The Midlands Art Centre in Birmingham.
Designing for Scenes 1 & 2, the production is based in an island in Iceland. The set focuses around moss and ice taken from Icelands landscape and uses projection mapping that is placed on the ice blocks to add details to the scenery.
The costume designs are taken from a mixture of traditional Icelandic clothing and folklore, and Icelandic fashion designer Mundi.
